The Ferrari 412, produced between 1985 and 1989, was the pinnacle of the F101 series, which began with the 365 GT4 2+2. This elegant car by Pininfarina retained the design of its predecessors but featured larger, five-spoke wheels and modern bumpers. The biggest change was the V12 engine with a displacement of 4943 cm³ and Bosch electronic fuel injection, producing 340 horsepower. The top speed was 250 km/h. The Ferrari 412 came standard with a three-speed automatic transmission, although more sporty drivers could opt for the five-speed manual version. The interior included air conditioning and luxurious leather upholstery, making it an ideal grand tourer. Only 576 units were produced, making it a rare model in Ferrari's history.
