The model series, initially called the 365 GT4 2+2, later known as the Ferrari 400/400i and 412, was produced under the type designation F101 from 1972 to 1989, making it one of the longest-produced Ferrari models. All three cars are very similar – they share almost the same body and chassis, and even the engine, which evolved over time. The 365 GT4 2+2 model, which smoothly complemented the offering of another "four-seater" model (365 GTC/4), is the most interesting. Its V12 engine with four camshafts, displacing 4390 cm³, delivers a total output of 320 horsepower at 7000 rpm thanks to six Weber 38 DCOE 59/60 carburetors. The transmission was still a five-speed, fully synchronized unit, while later versions (400 and 412) offered an automatic transmission, which, although popular with customers at the time, is now considered somewhat outdated and definitely detracts from the engine's character. A total of only 524 units of the 365 GT4 2+2 were produced, including three prototypes.

This time we offer a truly beautiful example, first registered on December 16, 1975, whose history is supported by a massive folder of invoices, appraisals, and of course, service and promotional materials, as well as a magazine feature. This beautiful car spent part of its life in Sweden before being moved to the Czech Republic, where it is currently fully serviced, functional, and registered. It is in very nice original condition, absolutely rust-free, and in a truly attractive color combination. A gorgeous, still largely underrated large GT with a characterful engine.
