After an older, but beautifully executed renovation
The swan song of the ISO brand and an Italian enthusiast who created beautiful grand tourers, as well as three- and four-wheeled microcars, and also fast and expensive motorcycles. We are talking about ISO, or rather Pierro Rivolta and his creation, the Lele. It debuted in 1969, and the Lele was positioned between the two-seater Grifo and the four-door Fidia model. Although it may not seem like it, it aimed to compete with cars like the Espada, as well as the Maserati Mexico or Ferrari 365 2+2. Until 1972, the Lele was powered by a Chevrolet Turbofire V8 engine, and all cars had a four-speed GM manual transmission. Later, ISO switched to the Ford V8 Cleveland engine, which was used until the end of production. One option was the manual five-speed ZF transmission, while the other was a three-speed automatic.

The vehicle offered here has undergone an older, but very meticulous renovation completed in the 1990s. The car is in beautiful, fully functional condition with no need for further investment. Noteworthy is the extremely unique interior, as well as the rare combination with the five-speed ZF gearbox. Everything is fully functional, and considering only 317 units of all versions were made, this is both an investment opportunity and a unique piece that stands out even on the global stage. The car has an interesting history. It comes with Czech documents for transfer and the ecological tax has been paid. The car was featured in a large article in the Autotip Klassik magazine (07/2023).
